Four plans with published investigation, upload, AI, report and export terms. There is no free trial and paid subscriptions do not renew automatically.

Subscription, licensing and renewal
- Unused investigation, upload and AI allowances expire and do not roll over.
- Standard and Expert subscriptions are personal to one named user. Password and account sharing are prohibited.
- Companies may purchase multiple named-user subscriptions under one organisation account. Broader shared-access arrangements are handled case by case through direct contact with MTIS.
- Standard and Expert subscription fees are non-refundable after activation unless MTIS agrees otherwise. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Renewal takes effect only after a new payment is confirmed by MTIS.
- Standard and Expert renewal reminders are sent 30 days and 7 days before expiry.
Fair-use boundary
All plans are restricted to genuine, current failure investigations. Fictitious cases, research-paper examples, bulk company-history uploads, and deliberate API-token or clarification-round consumption are prohibited. Users are warned at 80% of allowance; AI access is paused at 100% or on an abuse trigger, pending review.
